High Jump is a move that Mario and Luigi can execute in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga (and in its 3DS remake) and in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, under the name Balloon Jump. The move is different in each game, but always serves the same purpose, i.e. to get to high places that are otherwise unreachable with a normal Jump.

In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, the move is taught by the Starshade Bros. in Stardust Fields alongside with the Spin Jump. Here, Luigi jumps on top of Mario to reach higher places. It is used more than the Spin Jump in the game. The in-battle equivalent to this move is the Bounce Bros. Bros. Attack.

In Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, when Mario uses an air vent to balloon himself, the bros. can use this move with Luigi holding him over his head, slowly descending downwards afterwards.
