Why has Frost T. been put on the implied list? I'm pretty sure he actually appears in the game, you deliver a letter to him from his nephew or something. I remember it clearly, he's in Starborn Valley and mentions stuff like having a daughter and sister. -- Sir Grodus 18:46, 27 November 2007 (EST)
- D'OH! He had the implied category, the page didn't mention anything about him being a NPC, and I don't have Paper Mario. Sorry.
