World 20 is a world taking place in a spooky forest in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 12 AM PT on Sept. 24, 2020[1], while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 11 PM PT on Oct. 7, 2020[2].
When an area is cleared, Broozers, Boos, Peepas and Swoops appear. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, green and light-blue.

Cages are found between the keys and doors in the second, fourth and sixth rows, with their corresponding lock blocks in the barrels in the topmost row inside barrels where viruses inside barrels are also found. |

In this stage, there are three rows of Brick Blocks in the second, fifth and eighth rows where the first three and last two are Coin Blocks in the first and third of these and first two and last three are Coin Blocks in the second. Above the rows of Brick Blocks are viruses inside bubbles. On the leftmost and rightmost columns are bubble machines and jars containing pop cannons. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins.
In this stage, purple coins (caged and uncaged) are arranged mostly in a checkered pattern in the first seven rows (except the middle of the seventh row), along with two additional coins in the eighth row. Between the coins are three floatie viruses in the middle column, eight exploders in the fourth and sixth columns and half-frozen viruses in the others. The top-left and top-right groups have barrels containing viruses and doors, while the bottom-left and bottom-right groups have barrels containing viruses and doors. The bottom-middle group has Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and keys while the top-middle has Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and doors. The middle-left and the middle-right groups have exploder jars surrounded by Brick Blocks containing seven hidden viruses for each jar. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, destroy all barriers and collect all keys. In this stage, the keys are located in the tenth row and the doors are in the topmost row in the middle five columns. Barriers occupy the middle column between the key and door, as well as the fourth row and the seventh rows. Viruses are located in the third, sixth and ninth rows while crates and colorful crates are located in the second, fifth and eighth rows. |

The objective of this stage is to collect all coins from Coin Blocks and collect all virus coins. In this stage, dust viruses form a checkered pattern, intersected with exploders and bubbles containing crates and viruses. Additionally, there is a shell in the topmost row, there two viruses and two exploders are also located. The virus coins are covered by the bubbles containing crates and the exploders. In the ninth row, there are ice fans, while the second and eighth column each has three Brick Blocks (all containing coins). |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the purple coins are located in the second and eighth columns, all inside barrels. On each column, four of the purple coins are in between barriers. The viruses are in between barriers, with the rows of viruses and barriers in between rows of crates. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all coins from Coin Blocks and destroy all colorful crates. In this stage, colorful crates are found in eight groups of two and Brick Blocks (all containing coins) are found in four groups of two. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all keys. At the beginning of this stage, there are two rows of floatie viruses each with a half-frozen pop cannon jar, and between the jars are floatie viruses (the next revealed row has another pop cannon jar). An additional pop cannon jar is located in the fifth revealed row, where it is in between eight half-frozen viruses. The eight keys and doors before the stage scrolls each have a floatie virus in between. Purple coins (caged and uncaged) are located in the first row and every second revealed row. More keys are located in the first two revealed rows, with their corresponding doors in the next two revealed rows.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, fully-frozen viruses are arranged to be one row and one column apart from each other. Between the rows and columns of viruses are barrels that contain exploders and a flask. The filled flask in this stage will shoot out colorful crates. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all keys. In this stage, the doors and keys are both half-frozen. Pop cannons are located in the second and third rows while floatie viruses are located in the seventh and eighth rows. There is a shell and an exploder in the fifth row, where two purple coins are located. The middle column contains caged coins and crates, and in between the coins are barriers.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, there are twelve purple coins in the middle three columns from the fourth to seventh rows. In the fourth to sixth rows, there are viruses and two lock blocks. Those lock blocks correspond to the cages group in L-shapes, with most of them containing viruses and one of them being a lock block that corresponds to the cages in the middle three columns. Near each of the cages are caged coins and colorful crates.

The doors are located in the barrels in the middle seven columns in the second and sixth rows, while the keys are located in the barrels in the middle seven columns in the fourth and eighth rows. The other barrels contain viruses. |

In this stage, the middle five columns contain half-frozen purple coins with bubbles containing colorful crates in between the coins. The two leftmost columns and two rightmost columns contain checkered floatie viruses and colorful crates. The virus coins are covered by the floatie viruses and the bubbles. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, most of the keys and doors are locked behind cages. The top-middle portion of this stage has two exploders and a pop cannon nearby several colorful crates, and the pop cannon is directed towards a lock block that is amidst bubbles containing viruses and colorful crates. Another pop cannon is at the leftmost of the second row, which is aimed towards a shell and another lock block. The third lock block is nearby that pop cannon. Between some of the keys and doors are floatie viruses. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, viruses, crates and exploders are scattered, as well as ice fans and Brick Blocks. Among the Brick Blocks, the Capsule Plus are hidden inside the ones in the first row, the fourth row and the eighth row, while the others contain hidden viruses. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In the beginning of this stage and the next four revealed rows, there are rows of barrels containing exploders in the second and third bottom-most rows and viruses in the others, where they are between Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses. In the last nine revealed rows, there are four groups of viruses and barrels among Empty Blocks, crates and an exploder jar, where the barrels contain both normal viruses and floatie viruses.
This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 13 lines are introduced. |

The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins. In this stage, viruses are arranged in groups of two or three so that a capsule could be used to make a match, and most of those groups are half-frozen. At the bottom half, there are four groups of two half-frozen purple coins above bubble machines, while the top half has caged coins surrounded by bubble machines and barrels containing purple coins. The Brick Blocks do not contain anything.

The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, the leftmost and rightmost columns consist of bubbles, in which a shell is located in the first row and every third revealed row on different sides. On the same row as each of the shells are rows of frozen viruses, with the sixth revealed row having fully-frozen viruses while the others have half-frozen viruses. Crates and colorful crates surround the frozen viruses except for the ones in the ninth revealed row. The last revealed row is a row of Empty Blocks.
This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 10 lines are introduced. When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Broozer assistant upon completing this stage. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. In this stage, the crates form a crosshair covering a virus coin, and on each of the quadrant around the crosshair are frozen viruses that cover the rest of the virus coins. Bubble machines are placed around the objects of this stage. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, the barrels form a diamond that surrounds and is surrounded by fully-frozen viruses. That outer ring of viruses is below the doors and above the keys. Next to the keys and doors are more fully-frozen viruses. There are pop cannon jars in the top-left and top-right corners. |

In this stage, each of the virus and floatie virus has a virus coin behind them, while Brick Blocks (all containing coins) are found in the second, middle and eighth columns. The objective of this stage is to collect all virus coins and collect all purple coins. In this stage, frozen viruses and virus coins are placed throughout, where ice fans are also found. The three large virus coins are located in the three topmost rows. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all coins from Coin Blocks. In this stage, the caged Brick Blocks (all containing coins) and caged exploder jars form two question marks, one in a normal position and one in an upside-down position. Within the curves of each question mark and between the symbols are floatie viruses and lock blocks. |

Stage 788 | Dr. Baby Wario |
The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all keys. In this stage, there are purple coins that surround a few viruses, where one group is caged and the other is uncaged. Some of the coins and doors are frozen. The yellow lock block is blocked off by two doors, which corresponds to cages that include a shell in the vicinity of a pop cannon that aims two other shells. One of those shells targets the light-blue lock block, which unlocks a portion of purple coins and a red lock block. The red cages include an exploder that targets a shell that will lead to a pop cannon that targets a number of viruses.

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, the purple coins (caged and uncaged) are placed in diagonal lines parallel to the cages. The lock blocks for those cages are located at the top-right corner, while the cages contain either crates, exploder jars or Empty Blocks. Half-frozen viruses are located in the top-left corner, the top-right corner and the uncaged exploder jars. Exploders are connected so that it reaches the only uncaged purple coin.

Of the Brick Blocks, the ones below the fifth row contain keys, while the ones above the fourth row contain doors and the one in the fourth row containing a pop cannon. The barrels in this stage contain either viruses, exploders, barriers or pop cannons, with only the middle barrel in the third row containing a door. |

The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are two groups of caged viruses between a line of ice fans with a pop cannon jar on one end and a shell jar on the other end. Near the pop cannon jar are two lock blocks, while near the shell jar is two caged exploder jars. The shells that are shot out from the shell jar will be inside bubbles. On the same row or column as the lock blocks are crates. |

The Brick Blocks contain hidden purple coins (caged and uncaged), except for the first two ones in both the third column and the seventh column, as well as the first coin in the topmost column.

The pop cannons that are shot out from the pop cannon jars will be hidden inside Brick Blocks. |

In the final stage of this world, the objective is to eliminate all viruses, destroy all colorful crates and collect all keys. In this stage, the keys are in the odd-numbered columns. At the beginning of this stage, there are three rows of viruses above the keys. In the two topmost rows (before the stage scrolls) and the next four revealed rows, there are six groups of four viruses in a row segmented by crates, where each group has two half-frozen viruses. The next six revealed rows contain alternating rows of viruses and colorful crates. In the next five revealed rows, there are two rows of bubbles with barriers inside sandwiched between three rows of viruses where the odd-numbered position of viruses are half-frozen. Doors are located in the final revealed row, where Empty Blocks are in between.
This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 16 lines are introduced. Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 21. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket. |

In this stage, pink and light-blue are the only colors found. Purple coins (both caged and uncaged) are also found in five of the rows. The Brick Blocks in the eighth row contain hidden viruses. The barrels in the fourth and sixth rows contain floatie viruses and exploders, while the barrels in the second row contain caged coins. Other than that, the stage also has viruses in the first row and middle column, as well as exploders in the fourth and sixth rows. Purple coins are unlocked in the following sequence:

In this stage, colorful crates are found within the odd-numbered columns within the sixth to ninth rows and the first and third rows, with the ones in the first row being half-frozen. Between the columns of colorful crates are half-frozen viruses, barriers and half-frozen pop cannons. In the fifth row, there are barriers with a fully-frozen shell in the middle. The second and fourth rows contain frozen viruses, while fully-frozen shells are in the middle of the first and third rows between the colorful crates. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and a Staff Ticket. |

In the middle of the stage, there are 9 fully-frozen electric exploders. To the left and right of the group of electric exploders are viruses placed among crates, and each side has 3 floatie viruses. More ice fans are found on the group to the left. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. King Boo. |
