Mellow Kitty is a kitten faced blue ball that will try to consume you. Try using cosmic Wario to defeat her (this works even after she eats you). It's name is a combinaton of the famous cartoon character "Hello Kitty" and the word "mellow" which means calm and friendly but not nervous. This very well describes her except for the "friendly" bit.
