First appearance Wario: Master of Disguise (2007)
“Look, buddy! When you got a mind like a steel trap like mine... Plus the coldest heart in the biz... And fan-freakin'-tastic hair like this... Then maybe we'll talk more. Until then, you're wastin' my time.”
Carpaccio, Wario: Master of Disguise

Carpaccio is one of the two secondary antagonists in Wario: Master of Disguise and a rival to Wario. Carpaccio is a thief who comes from a wealthy family and owns a global weapons company called Sigil Securities. Like Wario and Count Cannoli, Carpaccio also seeks the legendary Wishstone. He is named for the carpaccio, an Italian raw meat dish typically served as an appetizer.

In Episode 4, "A Third Thief Brings Grief", he challenges Wario to a battle in his superpowered form, Head Honcho Carpaccio, but is defeated. Later, he forms an alliance with Count Cannoli to stop Wario, but this also fails. Finally, in Episode 9, "More Shocking than the Next Episode?!", Carpaccio calls off the alliance and challenges Wario to a rigged footrace for the last Wishstone piece; when Wario wins, Carpaccio chases him to Allergia Gardens, where it is revealed that Carpaccio was actually trying to prevent Terrormisu, the soul-devouring demon sealed within the Wishstone, from being released. Unfortunately, he could not stop Wario from piecing the stone back together, though he managed to escape unharmed alongside Count Cannoli before Wario fought and defeated her.

In special Episode 3, Carpaccio issues a challenge to Wario and Cannoli to find parts for a new machine, with the machine itself being the prize for whoever succeeds.
