The Piranha Prowler is a kart in Mario Kart Wii. This is a heavy kart that is unlocked once you clear the Special cup on 50cc. It also has th image and likeness of Petey Piranha. Since it is a heavy Kart, it has great speed and weight, but not good acceleration.
