The Fire Pipe is an area inside of Bowser that allows Him to breath fire. During the events of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story A flat spider-like parasite named Betarino was blocking it, thus preventing Bowser from breathing fire. After the Mario bros. defeated Betarino, Bowser could once again access his unique ability
