Lemmy Koopa
Lemmy Koopa is one of Bowser's eight children; despite being the second oldest of the Koopalings, Lemmy is rather small in size, he also has a rainbow mohawk and a lazy eye.
From what can be seen of Lemmy's personality, he is somewhat immature and childish, often prefering to clown-around then commit crimes.
Ice Land Invasion
In Super Mario Bros. 3 Lemmy, under the command of his father, Bowser, invades Ice Land with his airship and armies. Stealing the wand of Ice Land's king, Lemmy turned him into a seal (or [[Monty Mole, depending on which version of the game).
Attacking and venturing through Lemmy's airship, Mario managed to reach Lemmy's cabin and engage the Koopaling in battle. In battle Lemmy would leap around his cabin on a big rubber ball and blast Mario with his wand. Eventually, Lemmy was defeated in battle.
Battle in the Dome
In Super Mario World Lemmy acts as the boss of the Vanilla Dome. After venturing through the caverns of the Vanilla Dome, Mario reached Lemmy's castle. In his battle against Mario, Lemmy would pop out of a random Warp Pipe, with two Lemmy dolls popping out of two other cWarp Pipes. Mario would need to bash Lemmy on the head three times to knock him into a pool of lava below.
Grassland Attack
Along with the rest of his family, Lemmy invaded Jewelry Land in Yoshi's Safari. In this game, Lemmy would attack by using a gigantic Koopa shaped submarine armed with three cannons. Lemmy and his giant mech are eventually defeated by Yoshi and a Super Scope weilding Mario.
The Hotel Chase
Lemmy is fought again by Mario in Hotel Mario. Hidden inside Lemmy's High-ate Regency Hotel, a hotel hidden in the clouds, Lemmy can attack Mario by using a flying machine. Like in previous battles, Lemmy was defeated.
Lemmy Returns
After several years of absence, Lemmy made a return appearance in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Acting as a guard in Bowser's Castle for Bowletta; when first encountered by Mario and Luigi, Lemmy will try to trick the Bros. by making multiple copies of himself. The Bros. will have to bonk the real Lemmy on the head with their hammers to fight him in battle.
In his fight against the Bros., Lemmy will spit fire and make copies of himself. Once again though, Lemmy is defeated.
Other Appearances
Though Lemmy doesn't appear in Mario is Missing!, it is mentioned in the PC version of the game that he did indeed travel to Earth with Bowser and his siblings; instead of aiding Bowser in his plot to melt Antartica though, Lemmy simply decided to play in the snow and ice.
In the game Super Scope 6 LazerBlazer, Lemmy, along with Mario makes a small cameo in the game. Lemmy can be seen occasionally riding a missile in the game.
Appearances in Other Media
Lemmy, aswell as his siblings were featured in the Super Mario Amada Series, a set of three Japanese OVAs. In the Mario retelling of the story "Momotaro", Lemmy and his siblings appear as minions of Bowser, aiding him in abducting Princess Toadstool. In "Shirayukihime (Snow White)" Lemmy also appears as a minion of Bowser once again, like his brothers and sister, Lemmy ends-up being beaten by Mario.
In the DIC cartoons, The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World Lemmy was prominently featured. In these cartoons, Lemmy was renamed Hip Koopa and would often hang-out and pull pranks with his brother Hop Koopa, whom he was twins with. In the cartoons, Hip had thinner hair and had a large overbite.
Lemmy also appeared in the Nintendo Comics System and Nintendo Adventure Books; here, Lemmy was portrayed as extremely idiotic, almost incapable of understanding simple concepts, although he was the only one capable of understanding Larry Koop's picture only dialogue. Lemmy was also featured in the Super Mario Adventures comic. Here, he aided Bowser in his plot to marry Princess Toadstool.

- Lemmy was supposedly named after Lemmy Kilmister, the lead singer of the punk band Motörhead.
