Similar to other Bob-ombs from [[Fahr Outpost]], he speaks in a stereotypical Russian accent. If [[Mario]] asks the mayor to use the cannon without [[Admiral Bobbery]] out, he will act as if there is no cannon. Once Mario has Bobbery out, he will tell Mario that he does not have the key or permit to operate the cannon.
