SamSpook is the fourth villain Toad meets in the VS COM mode in the Super Nintendo Entertainment System version of Wario's Woods. He is also the first villain Toad meets on medium difficulty. His body looks quite similar to that of Wario. He has a pumpkin for a head, and his eyes burn like candles when he is happy.
