This level is a maze with lots of doors, as the name suggests, and [[Boo]]s. There is an area that contains a [[Control Coin]] block, which leads to another room with an [[e-Coin]] inside. At the end of the level, a battle with the [[Big Boo]], similar to the one in ''[[Super Mario World]]'', takes place.
