Puzzle Panels from the Spiralia's New Creation side quest in Mario & Luigi: Brothership.

Puzzle Panels are numbered floor panels in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. These panels are color-coded in red and green and first appear in the side quest Spiralia's New Creation, created by Spiralia. They act as challenges in the game.

Initially, there are first L panels and M panels that require Mario and Luigi to step on them to clear the current ones and reveal more panels, thus forming a path. The brothers must step on the panels in a specific numerical order. The sequence begins when Luigi automatically moves between the green panels, while Mario needs to reach the red panels at the right after. If Mario triggers a number before Luigi, the panels will reset.

As the game progresses, the Puzzle challenge expands with the introduction of additional numbered panels and obstacles.

Puzzle Panels are later found in Bulbfish Island's underground, behind a door that must be unlocked with the Spare Underground Key. Ten of them are found there, and they must be stepped on to proceed into the area where Ecks is found.
