:By the way, it is impossible for anyone except for sysops to edit userpages and if a sysop wants to edit your userpage, they probably have a good enough reason that "Please don't edit" won't deter them. Just got your message and snagged the time to respond; I handed out the ban against him just now. I checked the evidence and it seems he seems to constantly change course names and such in relation to Mario Kart 7 to the English names from NOA's version of the game -- even though it's protocol that the version that gets released first get top priority (article/course name wise) around here.
