He is the curator of the [[Musée Champignon]] in [[Toad Town]]. He is found in [[Graffiti Underground]] hiding from the [[Folded Soldiers]]. After he is rescued, he is able to set up the museum and start keeping track of [[Mario]]'s progress through a number of collectibles, trophies, music, and artwork. Eventually, his museum is fully filled, allowing him to charge double admission.
