'''Slamming''' is a special move introduced in ''[[Luigi's Mansion 3]]'' that can be performed by both [[Luigi]] and [[Gooigi]]. To perform it, the player must pull on a ghost's tail until the suction gauge is filled up. Then the player can press {{button|switch|A}} to slam the ghost in any direction that the player makes Luigi or Gooigi face. Every time a ghost is slammed, it will lose a chunk of its [[Heart Point|HP]] and drop some money. Additionally, any destructible object the player slams the ghost into will be destroyed and any ghost that the player slams another ghost into will lose a chunk of their HP.
