Octoboo: Difference between revisions
Considering Ghost Goomba appears as late as Odyssey concept art (alongside Boo and Boo Guy, but that's another subject), it's not entirely forgotten.

Yes, Octoboo would technically be a Ghosf Goomba variant since Octoombas are Goom as and Octoboos are Boo Octoombas, but "Ghost Goomba" was an enemy from SML2, more than a decade ago and never appeared again (with the concept of "undead Goomba" going to Bone Goomba) and I doubt they had it in mind when making this thing.)
