Diamond Software is an entertainment company introduced in WarioWare: D.I.Y.. The company publishes microgames, comics (under the name Diamond Publishing) and records (under the name Diamond Studios). Prior to WarioWare: D.I.Y., Mona, Jimmy T., Ashley, Orbulon, and 9-Volt left WarioWare, Inc. to work for Diamond Software. In the D.I.Y. Forum feature, they talk about this:

VROOM: Just heard a rumor that Jimmy T. and Mona of Diamond Software used to work at WarioWare, Inc.!

blobmob: for real? why'd they leave? was there a big fight? lol

D.I.Why: I heard Wario never did any work! I hear he's up to something now, though…

Also according to the D.I.Y. Forum, Joe runs the company.
