They are found in only one [[level]]: [[Neuron Jungle]]. Ick Worms are large blue caterpillar-like insects that float down from the treetops in the Neuron Jungle. If a [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]] eats one, they get an [[Yoshi's Egg|egg]], but at the same time, they lose a petal from their [[Health Meter#Yoshi's Story|Smile Meter]]. Only the Blue Yoshi can eat Ick Worms without getting damaged. However, the leaves that Ick Worms soar on heal all of a Yoshi's health if eaten.
