Editing Talk:List of implied people

Wouldn't these people still be characters in Mario's fictional universe? Our "people" articles are about real life people, but these are references made in the fictional universe.  For example, we have an article on [[Elvis Presley]].  The article is about him as a fictional character, not as a real person, because the real Elvis did not act in the show, or design a video game, or do any voice acting ('cause he's dead of course).  So I feel these "people" should be moved to the [[List of Implied Characters]] page, as they exist in the fictional universe, not real people who worked on the games, cartoons, etc. -- {{User|Son of Suns}}
