Why. Does this. Exist. This fails the generic subject test ''hard''; it's literally just "plungers unclog toilets, and Mario and Luigi used them in cartoons sometimes. I will be making a Plunger (enemy) page soon and can easily make a "In case you meant x" on the page, but in terms of paper mario redirects, it may need to be moved to appropriately get people where they need to be.
