The '''Vim Factory''' is a location in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time]]''. It is found in the center of [[Toadwood Forest]]. The factory's main purpose is to extract [[vim]] from [[Toad (species)|Toads]] for the [[Shroob]]s to use as an energy source. The factory is powered by Toads strapped to trees. Protecting the factory are two [[Hammer Bro]]s., whose minds are being controlled by Shroobs through antennas on their helmets. The Hammer Bros. kidnap [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] upon the Mario Bros.' arrival. After [[Baby Mario]] and [[Baby Luigi]] defeat the Hammer Bros. and break the antennas, the Hammer Bros. give the babies [[hammer]]s and a lesson on how to use them as thanks. The babies then rescue Mario and Luigi from the tree in the middle of the factory. [[Swiggler]] is the main boss of the Vim Factory and the guardian of the second piece of the [[Cobalt Star]]; it transports the fuel to the [[Shroob saucer]]s. Upon the player defeating it, however, [[Baby Bowser]] arrives and takes both the shard from Swiggler and the one the Mario Bros. already got back in [[Baby Bowser's Castle]].
