Chilly Waters is a wintery-based board in Mario Party 3. It is inhabited by Penguins and a large Mr. Blizzard who sits at the top of the board. Action Time happened when someone landed on a ? Space, where the giant snowman woke up to throw an enormous snowball that rolled to the left (then downward), or to the right (then downward) of the board. Players caught were chased down by the snowball and ran to safety. The board has many junctions, including an icy five-way junction at the center of the board.
