Template:Minigame-infobox Fruit Talktail is a 1-vs.-3 Mic minigame in Mario Party 6. Its name is a pun on the name of the dessert fruit cocktail. This minigame is similar to a 1-vs.-3 version of the classic Mario Party minigame Mushroom Mix-Up and its Mario Party 2 counterpart, Hexagon Heat.

Gameplay

The goal for the solo player is to make the other three players fall off the platforms and fail. The solo player must speak commands into the Mic. If a command is spoken correctly, all platforms other than those with the mentioned picture will collapse; if there are any opposing players on the other platforms, they will fall and be eliminated from the minigame. The solo player wins if they eliminate the other three players.

The goal for the team players is to stay on the platforms without falling off. Once a player falls off, they lose. If a player is standing on a platform that is preparing to collapse, they must move to a fruit platform that is not preparing to collapse in order to stay in the game. As time passes, the platforms players are standing on will fall faster. The team players win if at least one of them survives until time is up.
