Revision as of 09:20, May 21, 2021
- Not to be confused with Jungle Tour Challenge.
Template:MKTTour The Jungle Tour was the eighteenth tour of Mario Kart Tour, which began on May 20, 2020 and ended on June 2, 2020. Reflecting its theme around jungles and the Donkey Kong Country series, Dixie Kong made her playable Mario Kart debut and Funky Kong returned after his only Mario Kart playable appearance in Mario Kart Wii, while also adding the Rambi Rider from Mario Kart DS. This was the first tour that did not add any new courses or any new course variants. The menu's background featured Noshi as the landmark for this tour. Despite being themed after Dino Dino Jungle, however, DK Pass appears as the tour's signature course. The tour took place during the anniversary of the game's closed beta.
Introduced in version 2.1.0, each of the cups' courses and bonus challenges are able to be completed in any order, without the need to complete the previous race beforehand. From this tour, the tier cap has been increased from tier 40 to tier 50.
