It can be bought from a little [[mole (Super Mario RPG)|mole]] girl in the item shop at [[Moleville]]. To get it, [[Mario]] must buy [[Fireworks]] for five hundred [[coin]]s, exchange it for a [[Shiny Stone]], and then go to the shop and talk to the mole girl in the corner. It cannot be used in battle, but Mario can give it to the mole girl sitting on the [[bucket]] outside the shop two times to get a [[Frog Coin]], or enter her bucket to warp to the beginning of the [[Midas River]] falls without the [[coin]]-collecting [[Toad (species)|Mushroom person]] at the end of the barrel-jumping event.
