Really? A notice template for users only? If is mainly user oriented, I say we should delete. And if you really want a template like this, I suggest you make it yourself in your userpage. If you can make it yourself in your userpage, then I say this template is useless.

Do we really need this? It's hardly ever used and Users can easily place a status bar or something on their userpage to say that they're on vacation. In fact, no active user is using it at all right now. People really don't go on vacation that often. They go inactive far more often, yet the [[Template talk:Gone|Gone template]] was deleted (for the same reasons I think this one should be). Yes, I see the proposal above, but it didn't fail by a very big margin.<br>
