The player has to win an arm-wrestling match by thrusting the {{button|wii|wiimote}} to the side to slam down the opponent's arm. Both of the characters are the player's [[Mii]]s. In ''WarioWare Gold'', the Miis have instead been replaced by fixed human characters (or a bear for the third level).
