Like the previous levels, this stage is forest-themed, though it uses a darker and foggy version of the default background which is similar to the final room of [[Deepsea Ruins]]. This is the only level in the game to feature [[Bramball]]s.
It is forest-themed, though it is more foggy and darker than the average forest scenery, and the only course with [[Bramball]]s. The course itself features, and purely consists of, many [[Bramball]]s. Spinning [[Coin]]s and [[Dash Coin]]s are common. Many platforms made of Brick Blocks are found as the player gets close to a specific area through the level. [[Giant Brick Block]]s and similar types are present.


Some areas starting from the middle of the level contain many [[Donut Lift]]s, where [[Stalking Piranha Plant]]s and more Bramballs walk by.
The level begins near a [[Mega Block]] and a Bramball on a platform. When the Bramball is approached, rows of [[Brick Block]]s and a [[? Block]] containing a power-up appear. To the left of it is a [[Hidden Block]] containing a [[1-Up Mushroom]]. Another Bramball and appearing rows of Brick Blocks follow. A Bramball is found above a Mega Block, and it can be used to reach a [[Warp Pipe]] leading to a secret area with [[coin]]s and a ? Block containing an [[Ice Flower]]. More Bramballs are found, along with a Brick Block structure. The [[Checkpoint Flag]] can then be found. Rows of [[Donut Block]]s, a Mega Block, and some [[Stalking Piranha Plant]]s are found. A Bramball with a [[Green Ring]] under it is found, along with more Stalking Piranha Plants. More Bramballs follow, as well as a Mega Block containing a power-up. Another structure of Donut Blocks with Bramballs on it is then encountered. At the end of the area a [[Warp Pipe]] and a [[small pipe]] are found. Both Warp Pipes lead to the area with the [[Goal Pole]] where a Bramball is located, with the small pipe leading to a platform higher up in the area.
