This level is a maze with lots of doors, as the name suggests, and Boos. There is an area that contains a Control Coin block, which leads to another room with an e-Coin inside. At the end of the level, a battle with the Big Boo, similar to the one in Super Mario World, takes place. This particular battle is a little more difficult than in Super Mario World, due to the inability to throw White Blocks upward. The Big Boo can also directly damage Mario or Luigi here unlike in Super Mario World, but only if he is solid.
