Issa Rock, Mario & Luigi: Brothership[1]

Issa Rock[2] is a character in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. Issa Rock has yellow skin, green eyes, and wears rock-like hat and orange apron. Found on Shipshape Island, Issa Rock keeps track of the number of rare reefs Mario and Luigi find, rewarding them when they discover enough.[2] The name "Issa Rock" is a phonetic reading of "is a rock".
