Count Cannoli.

Count Cannoli (aka "The Silver Zephyr") is the main antagonist of Wario: Master of Disguise. He's a gentleman thief who stars on a TV show that Wario watches, inspiring him to jump into the show himself, and steal the Count's wand, Goodstyle. Throughout the game, Count Cannoli pursues Wario, attempting to get his wand back. Through the game he is also a rival of Carpaccio, another thief.

He has an Italian accent and shouts "Mamamia" when defeated in the second boss fight. Cannoli has a family, that has each his own machine. Thought it is unknown if any other members of the Cannoli family are still alive, Cannoli's machine is the Mad Hat Mk. I. The Mad Hat Mk. II is probably the entire family's machine. Using his company and cuting-edge technology he made the Mad Hat Mk. III

Cannoli owns a company called International Evil Concerns Inc.
