The Star Power Gauge is the meter that allows Mario to do special moves in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It has nine dots, each representing one unit of Star Power. It can be filled up by appealing to the audience or using the Action Command when performing attacks. It starts off with one dots, and then gains one dot every time Mario gets another Crystal Star.
