I died over 100 times and didnt get it
Are there certain requirements to getting it? Because I "committed suicide" on a level over 100 times and it did not appear. Did you do it on an already-completed level? It doesn't appear on completed stages or special world levels. Mario3D64 17:38, 27 November 2011 (EST)
