Just some advice: I've also noticed you made several edits trying to fit an image to an article. You should use the "Show preview" button next to "Save page" to see what your edits looks like before you confirm them. Also please remember to italicise game titles next time. Thanks, and keep contributing. Mario JC
- In case you didn't know, you italicise by typing two apostrophes (not quotation marks) on each side of the title, or simply click the letter "I" icon above the text box and type the name in. Don't forget to do this every time you mention a game title; Failure to follow writing guidelines like this is a level one offense and you'll receive a formal reminder if this happens again. If you need any help, just ask. Mario JC
- It's okay, I already knew that.
Aboutfile reminder
Hello, Luigi86101. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly use the {{aboutfile}} template. What you were doing looks like this, and it is an inconvenience for other users to fix up the template. It is simple to learn how to format it correctly. The pre-loaded syntax is shown below. {{aboutfile |1=Subject of the image |2=Where you found the image |3=Artist |4=Describe edits, if any |5=Other versions (use file link) }} Just replace the necessary parts with that corresponding information, and remove the entire line for the parameter(s) you don't use. Please consider the above information before uploading more files. If you continue using {{aboutfile}} incorrectly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing. |
Hello, please remember to format your preloaded aboutfile templates properly. When you upload a file, you will see that template. Fill out the appropriate sections, delete unused ones, and remember to categorize your images according to game (in Super Mario Maker images, add Category:Super Mario Maker Images to the end). You can delete the aboutfile altogether, but I recommend you learn how it works. It's not convenient for others to fix it for you whenever you upload images.
