Gooma.
Gooma is Goombario's kind grandmother in the game Paper Mario. Mario only needs to talk to her once throughout his entire adventure. She, along with the rest of the Goomba family, live in Goomba Village.
Trivia
- Gooma's name is a portmanteau of "Goomba" and "grandma". Interestingly, she, like her husband, actually notes this namesake upon meeting Mario.
- Goombario's grandmother is not the first Nintendo character to be named "Gooma". She is predated by a boss from Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, also named "Gooma".
