SpeculationEdit

Hey, glad you're helping out on the wiki, but keep in mind speculation is a no-go. Speculation is best saved for the forums.

EDIT: I goofed and didn't realize what type of article the strategic information was on. Perfectly fine :)   18:43, 7 February 2017 (EST)

UploadsEdit

Hello, Jann75. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups:

Images Audio/video files

When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the aboutfile template, replacing the uncategorized template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, files related to the game Super Mario World would use:

or

Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. If you continue uploading files without categorizing them correctly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Hello! When uploading files, please remember to add a game-related category such as , along with a license, which can be found under a dropdown box when uploading the file. -- TheFlameChomp (talk) 12:58, 7 November 2017 (EST)

It's been a while since your last upload, but please remember to add categories to the images you add, as detailed in the template above.    16:45, 18 February 2019 (EST)
Also, please remember to select a license in the drop-down bar when uploading an image. Thanks for your understanding. Doomhiker (talk)  16:48, 18 February 2019 (EST)

ItalicsEdit

Hi, please remember to italicize game titles. This is done by placing pairs of apostrophes on either side of the text you want italicized. (EX: Super Mario Maker 2). Thanks!   (T|C) 17:13, July 25, 2019 (EDT)
