Rank

Support

  1. Keyblade Master (talk) The article has pretty much everything that is needed of it; all level requirements, all rank-up bonuses (along with when they're available). I think it is also organised in a way that is simple to understand (for instance, seperating the BIS original and remake versions, rather than having them crammed together), and has images of at least one rank-up screen from every game it is in. If there is anything else that should be done, please say so, but as of now I do like the way the article looks.

I don't think the empty notes sections look good. Could you add more information on which characters can get the ranks, especially in Paper Jam? Scrooge200 (talk)   14:35, April 23, 2021 (EDT)

Most of these look like there isn't much to say other than basically repeating what is in the descriptions. Both Bros can get all the ranks and bonuses in all games (which I think is already self-explainatory), while the Paper Jam notes already mention which rank bonuses are exclusive to certain characters.   Nightwicked Bowser   14:45, April 23, 2021 (EDT)
I still agree with Ray Trace on that the Paper Jam section would look better if divided into two sections based on whether each of the three characters can get it, or only Paper Mario can get it, as that would look better and less redundant than constantly saying “Only Paper Mario can get this bonus.”

The intro could be expanded. It's only two sentences long and it won't exactly fit the infobox in the main page. Also, do the rank-up bonuses contain images? Because if there are dedicated icons detailing the Badge Stock +1, then they should be in the article. The remake for Bowser's Inside Story could also use images for its rankings.  Ray Trace(T|C) 15:43, April 25, 2021 (EDT)

Rank-up bonuses don't have dedicated icons in any of the games, but I did find this image of the Badge Stock +1 in effect, if that could be put in the Dream Team section somewhere. Regarding the intro, I'm thinking a few ways to expand it would be to include examples of common rewards from rank increases between the games (more gear slots, being able to shop in certain places), mentioning how starting in Dream Team you can choose which bonus you want with two being able to be chosen at the last rank, noting the amount of ranks the games have. Just trying to think of ways that wouldn't repeat what is said further down the article too much. What do you think about that?   Nightwicked Bowser   16:09, April 25, 2021 (EDT)
I don't know much about the games too well so I trust you to make the necessary expansion to the intro.  Ray Trace(T|C) 16:27, April 25, 2021 (EDT)
