I wouldn't really call this a "series," it's more just two games, the second of which is a sequel. The "name" is contestable as well, it's just a convenient shorthand for "Donkey Kong" and the lang-of-origin titles aren't even close to each other (Burabura Donkey and Donkey Kong Jungle Climber). Not going to argue one way or the other since I don't know much about these games, but is your intention to apply this to any series with two games, or is this an outlier? -- Too Bad! Waluigi Time! 18:21, March 1, 2022 (EST)
