The kart is a baby stroller with an engine and 2 exhaust pipes in the back, a pair of headlamps on the front of the vehicle, and a roof that tends to open when the characters jump from the cab. Trivia
- The Booster seat is the only vehicle other than the Star Bike in Mario kart Wii to go through a design change other than a palette-swap. The case here is that the fringes of the Booster Seat's roof are absent when one of the Baby Mario Bros. is driving it.
- The Booster Seat is so light that it wobbles too much when it drifts.
