Merlow is Merluvlee's little brother, who lives with her on Shooting Star Summit in the game Paper Mario. He collects Star Pieces, and will trade rare Badges for them.
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Dazzle fulfills the same role as Merlow.
