A Bonus Coin
Bonus Coins are a type of currency of the Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong Land series, starting with Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble. They are earned by completing bonus games in Bonus Barrels.
In the GameBoy Advance version of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble, Boomer Bear can be paid to blow up different parts of Krematoa, leading to new levels.
Coins similar to Bonus Coins, called Kremkoins appear in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2
