UploadsEdit

Hello, CZ2746isbackmario. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups:

Images Audio/video files

When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the {{aboutfile}} template, replacing the {{uncategorized}} template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, files related to the game Super Mario World would use:

[[Category:Super Mario World images]]
or
[[Category:Super Mario World media files]]

Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. If you continue uploading files without categorizing them correctly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Hello, CZ2746isbackmario. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must apply the proper license. A full list of licenses can be found in the file copyright tags category, but the following are the most common:

  • {{photo}} - Used for photographs of real-life subjects.
  • {{art}} - Used for artwork of something that is not a character.
  • {{comic-scene}} - Used for scans of a comic.
  • {{comic-cover}} - Used for covers of comic books.
  • {{tv-screenshot}} - Used for screenshots of television shows.
  • {{film-screenshot}} - Used for screenshots of movies.
  • {{video-screenshot}} - Used for other screenshots, such as those from YouTube.

When uploading, select the license from the drop-down box below the summary text box, or add the license manually after uploading or if you're using the upload function from the text editor. For example, artwork of Mario would use {{character-artwork}}.

Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Don't include multiple copyright templates; choose the one that you feel best fits the file. If you continue uploading files without applying the correct license, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

AboutfileEdit

Hello, CZ2746isbackmario. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly use the {{aboutfile}} template. What you were doing looks like this, and it is an inconvenience for other users to fix up the template. It is simple to learn how to format it correctly. The pre-loaded syntax is shown below.

{{aboutfile
|1=Subject of the image
|2=Where you found the image
|3=Artist
|4=Describe edits, if any
|5=Other versions (use file link)
}}

Just replace the necessary parts with that corresponding information, and remove the entire line for the parameter(s) you don't use. Please consider the above information before uploading more files. If you continue using {{aboutfile}} incorrectly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Please fill in the box and remove any lines you're not using.   Mario JC 22:36, May 10, 2022 (EDT)

Addi205 (talk)Edit

Hello, if this is you (as you both share the same IP address), please do not create sockpuppet accounts to make edits; you should stick with one account when editing. The recent uploads were also incorrectly categorised ("WarioWare Smooth Moves" should be "Category:WarioWare: Smooth Moves images", as explained above).   Mario JC 10:38, August 13, 2022 (EDT)

It's not me. It's someone else. CZ2746isbackmario (talk) 12:14, August 13, 2022 (EDT)
This is your last warning. The next time you break the rules in any way, you will be blocked from editing the Super Mario Wiki.
If you feel this last warning was undeserved, you may appeal it.

As I said, both of your accounts share the same IP address and even the exact same device/OS type, and both edited the same page (another Smooth Moves-related page, following your previous edits) within only a minute of each other, which makes it pretty clear that they're the same person. On top of that, after looking around, Addi205 and KittenMic404 (talk) (which also shares the same IP and device/OS) appear to be names of users with whom you've recently interacted on the Scratch Wiki, the latter of whom vandalised your talk page. (Not to mention, CZ2746isback (talk) is also you, so that's a total of five account creations including Addi205whydidublockme (talk).) Do not impersonate others or create alternate accounts; you have no reason to create another account to make more edits when you already have one you can use, so stick with this account to edit, otherwise you will be blocked from editing entirely.   Mario JC 01:51, August 14, 2022 (EDT) It's acutally not me. My friends and siblings like doing this to annoy me and they can hurt my reputation like that. CZ2746isbackmario (talk) 08:09, August 14, 2022 (EDT)

"Triva"Edit

"Triva" is spelled "trivia", with another "i" before "a".   Mario JC 09:53, August 30, 2022 (EDT)

Oh, sorry. Thanks for telling me. CZ2746isbackmario (talk) 16:02, September 1, 2022 (EDT)
