No, Nintendo Land just shows the Minigames based on Mario and other Nintendo series but no actual characters from those series appear in the game, they just depic Miis disguised as these characters, therefore that's not part of the Mario series.

You need to put your sig in an actual page. Just create User:ToastUltimatum/Sig and use that instead of just putting raw coding on pages.
