I have OCD, so I'd prefer to them as soon as there is a proper link to there, I can easily do it if you want. However I'm not entirely sure whether just to put them all in now, because although there would be a lot of red links they would be filled up soon, and the article isn't featured so it doesn't matter that much if there are a lot of red links.
