Arrangements
Super Mario series
New Super Mario Bros. Wii
A variation of "BGM Tride" appears in New Super Mario Bros. Wii with the beginning sounding similar to the original. Near the end however, it transitions into a new arrangement not heard in the original. The enemies and power-ups react to the strings in the beginning of the song and the slow twirls Like the original theme, it plays in every fortress course. The theme returns in New Super Mario Bros. U New Super Luigi U, Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition, and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, also appearing in their respective tower courses. Like the original theme, the exact composer is unknown; New Super Mario Bros. Wii was composed by Shiho Fujii and Ryo Nagamatsu.

New Super Mario Bros. 2
A slight rearrangement of New Super Mario Bros. Wii arrangement of "BGM Tride" is used in New Super Mario Bros. 2, sounding similarly to that version of the theme with the notable inclusion of "paah" vocals in the song, replacing the strings and twirls from the original. The backing instrument is played much more harshly in comparison to the original. When Mario or Luigi are in their Raccoon/Fox forms, a woodblock beat will play in the theme, much like other courses in the game. Likewise, touching a Gold Ring will add a bell synth arpeggiator on the theme. Like the previous other themes, it is unclear who composes this arrangement; the credits do not exactly state composers.

Mario Strikers Charged
In Mario Strikers Charged, a hip hop cover of "BGM Tride" plays for the theme for Dry Bones whenever it is successful. It only plays the first few parts of the theme. Like the other themes, it is not exactly clear who composes this cover; the credits state three composers: Mike Peacock, Darren Radtke, and Chad York.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie
In The Super Mario Bros. Movie, the New Super Mario Bros. Wii arrangement of "BGM Tride" is used various times. In particular, it is the part of theme that plays twenty-two seconds in. They play in "Imprisoned", when Luigi is captured by the Snifits in their hot air balloon, "An Indecent Proposal" when Bowser is proposing to Princess Peach, "Grapple in the Big Apple", when the heroes are fighting Bowser's Minions in Brooklyn, and in "Super Mario Bros. Opus", where it plays after the main credits roll and after the scene where Mini Bowser yells at a Toad guard while being imprisoned. All of these themes were composed by Brian Tyler.
