The '''Mushroom Cannon''' is the [[Special Item (Mario Kart series)|special item]] of [[Monty Mole]], [[Peachette]], [[Princess Peach|Peach (Kimono)]], [[Toad|Toad (Party Time)]], [[Mario|Mario (Baseball)]], [[Mario|Mario (Golf)]], [[Shy Guy|Shy Guy (Pastry Chef)]], [[Toadette|Toadette (Sailor)]] and the [[Mii|Red and Moo Moo Mii Racing Suits]] in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]''. When used, it appears on the front of the player’s kart and continuously shoots out [[Dash Mushroom|mushrooms]] for the player and other racers to use.  The Mushroom Cannon shoots out a total of ten Mushrooms, unless the player gets hit with another item. During a Mushroom Cannon [[Frenzy]], Mushrooms surround the player. When Mushroom Cannon+ is active, three Mushrooms are shot at once at each launch rather than one, in three different directions. However, they're fired slightly more slowly, and the cannon only fires seven times rather than ten.
