First appearance Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 (1994)

Spring-Ups,[1] also known as sun blocks,[2] are blocks with smiling faces in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 which appear seldomly; first in Course No.23 of Stove Canyon, where they lead Wario to the secret exit to Course No.24 and not againb until Courses No.39 and 40 in Syrup Castle, where Spring-Ups are required to progress, and in 40 especially, they help Wario reach many coins. Spring-Ups are similar to Jump Blocks, except the bounce height cannot be controls, and Trampoline Blocks, except they are not disguised in their environment.
