Dual Dragon

It has three attacks: breathing fire, spewing out Glue Globes, and simply whacking its spiked tail on the deck. The Glue Globe spewing might not seem so bad at first, but the opposite head will inhale them a few seconds later, so don't get stuck on any of the globes, or Wario will be eaten, and barfed out with less health than before! The only way to hurt this huge monster is to stun one head with enough punches so that, when the other head executes the firebreath attack, it gets hit with its own flames.
After five roastings, the Dual Dragon is defeated and Wario receives the second Giant Treasure Chest Key.
