Chill Out is the fourth Special Move rewarded to Mario in Paper Mario. It is taught by Muskular after Mario defeats General Guy in Shy Guy's Toy Box. With a cost of 2 Star Power, it lowers every enemy's Attack Power by three points, for four turns. Unlike other status effects that can be inflicted on enemies, the Attack drop inflicted by this move works 100% of the time against enemies targeted by it, and can exist alongside other status effects, such as Tiny and Sleep. It also does not display a marker with the number of turns remaining, only manifesting visually in the form of a downwards-pointing arrow shown in a thought balloon next to the affected enemy.
