Dazzle, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Dazzle is a Star Piece collector found in the Rogueport Underground in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. When Mario first visits the area, Dazzle can be seen on the other side of a fallen column, but cannot be reached. On subsequent visits, he will move in front of the column to the right of Merluvlee's house.

Dazzle seeks to collect Star Pieces, and offers to trade rare Badges to Mario in exchange for them. Dazzle's obsession seems to extend to his appearance, as trinkets resembling Star Pieces can be seen hanging from his hat. Dazzle fulfills the same role as Merlow, the young Shaman from Shooting Star Summit in Paper Mario.
